| Résumé: | L'évaluation de clones locaux d'abricotier issus de prospections effectuées dans la région de Zagoura sur la base du caractère d'autocompatibilité revêt une grande importance pour l'exploitation de ce matériel végétal. Six clones ont été autopollonisés par ensachage et interpollinisés manuellement pour déterminer la compatibilité pollinique par le test de croissance des tubes polliniques dans les styles et par les taux de nouaison obtenus sur les arbres. Les clones testés sont autocompatibles et aucun groupe d'inter-incompatibilité n 'a été décelé sur les 12 croisements testés. Le caractère d'autocompatibilité serait dominant chez l'abricotier local.
Evaluation of self compatibility trait in local apricot clones prospected in the Zagora region is important for exploiting this plant material. Six clones were self-pollinated by bag¬ging twigs and hand cross pollinated to determine, their compatibility by tests on pollen tube growth in the style and fruit set obtained on the braches. All clones were identified as self ¬compatible and among 12 combinations tested, no incompatible one was found. Local apri¬cot Could be considered self compatible. |
