| Résumé: | L’aptitude à limiter la fusariose du palmier dattier et du lin (pris comme modèle d’étude) par des souches bactériennes a été entreprise. Ces souches proviennent des racines de deux cultivars de palmier dattier, l’un sensible (Aghamu sain ou malade) et l’autre résistant (Takerbucht) à la fusariose. Nous avons constaté que la protection du lin ou du palmier dattier contre la maladie est liée beaucoup plus à la capacité de colonisation des racines qu’à un phénomène d’antibiose. De même, ce sont surtout les souches dominantes dans l’endorhizosphère du cultivar résistant Takerbucht qui se sont montrées les plus performantes. Ces résultats nous orientent sur les stratégies à entreprendre à l’avenir pour sélectionner les meilleures souches protectrices des plantes contre divers agents phytopathogènes.
The ability to limit the Fusarium wilt in date palm and flax (taken as a model) by bacterial strains was undertaken. These strains were isolated from the roots of two date palm cultivars, one sensitive (Aghamu healthy or sick) and other resistant (Takerbucht) to Fusarium wilt. We found that the protection of flax or date palm against the disease is much more related to the ability to colonize roots than the phenomenon of antibiosis. Similarly, it is mostly the dominant strains in the endorhizosphere of the resistant cultivar Takerbucht that have been most effective. These results guide us on the strategies to be undertaken in the future to select the best strains to protect plants against various pathogens. |
